What does the participation fee include?
The fee includes professional support from a CSEN certified Guide, individual daily insurance (already included in the price) and, in the full package, E-Bike rental and the partner lunch.
Why do you ask for height and weight in the form?
These details are technical and necessary for your safety. They allow us to assign you a frame in the correct size and to adjust the shock pressure based on your weight, ensuring maximum comfort and stability while riding.
Is any special physical preparation required?
Our tours in the Crete Senesi are designed to be enjoyable, but they still require a minimum level of cycling experience. Before departure we always hold a short technical briefing to assess everyone’s skills and adjust the pace to the group.
Can I take part with my Ebike?
Certainly! Just make sure your MTB is in good mechanical condition. During the tour, you will still have the included insurance coverage and the guide’s assistance.
Is a helmet mandatory?
Yes, absolutely. To join the tours of CreteMtbExperience, the helmet is a key safety requirement. If you don’t have one, let us know in advance and we’ll provide it for you.
